Marketing Creative Director

Position Description

Between Pixels helps clients reach and connect with their audience by building remarkable brands and creating compelling content. The Creative Director is the leader of all Marketing, Design, and Brand work at Between Pixels. It’s a role that requires a professional who is highly motivated, supremely talented, and understands how to deliver a great experience to our clients. It requires a person who can come up with great ideas that help our clients reach and connect with their audience. And it requires someone who knows how to lead and inspire others to do their best work.

You’ll lead some of our biggest client relationships and be an active participant in the execution of integrated campaigns that often include TV, Paid Social, Radio, Digital Display, Billboards, Email, and Direct Mail. And while you don’t need to come up with every great idea, you’ll create an environment and oversee a creative process that delivers consistently innovative ideas that drive business value for our clients. Ultimately, you’re held accountable for the quality and quantity of the work that comes out of our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the creative process for marketing, brand, digital and design work– from brief to concept to production and delivery
  • Ensure that all deliverables for a campaign are well integrated, coordinated, and deliver on the vision we promised the client
  • Grow our Marketing and Creative Services revenue by delivering a remarkable client experience and identifying new opportunities for us to pursue
  • Work closely with the Video Production team to ensure that our video deliverables are well branded and deliver on the vision for the campaign
  • Serve as the account lead for key clients, growing our relationship as a trusted parter and overseeing the work we deliver
  • Oversee the Between Pixels creative assets, including the Website, Social Presence, and Video Content
  • Be a reliable source of innovative new ideas and campaigns that are grounded in strategy
  • Be an active participant in the creative process by building out design systems, brand documents, messaging and copy, and campaign deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in design and brand strategy
  • Strong communication and design skills
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns
  • Experience creating foundational brand assets (brand guides, messaging guides, etc.)
  • Strong creative thinking and writing capabilities
  • Experience writing high quality briefs and translating business goals into creative direction
  • Experience using research and data to make creative decisions
  • Experience leading and growing client relationships

This is a full-time position working out of our Office & Studio in Marietta, GA. We’re currently working in a hybrid model, with up to three remote working days per week.
