Between Pixels is a story-driven content marketing, branding, and video production agency. We’ve grown steadily over our 10+ year history and have outgrown our organic sales efforts. We’re looking for an experienced professional to help us bring in new business through sales, marketing, and partnerships.
This position requires someone who understands how to grow an agency the right way, bringing in profitable new work that aligns with the mission and vision of the company. It requires someone who loves building relationships with people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make the ask. And it requires someone who can set up lead generation programs that result in a reliable stream of new opportunities for us to respond to.
What You’ll Do
Create strategic growth plans for our agency that include sales and marketing
Build trust early in the sales process by helping clients figure out what they really need
Build a sales system that creates a steady stream of new and qualified leads
Oversee our internal marketing initiatives, from paid search to email marketing to content to thought leadership content and lead generation
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across our lines of business
Work with leadership to refine our pricing structure and suggest changes to the type of work we pursue based on key success metrics
Create proposals, nurture leads, and close new business
Identify and establish healthy partnerships with other agencies
Support the current and future positioning of our agency to ensure our products and services are attractive to the market
