We need a Marketing Strategist who can get things done.
We need a talented Marketer who can help lead client engagements that include content strategy, advertising, brand development, social media, web production, and media placement.
This position is a mix of a few roles and could be a great fit if you like to wear more than one hat. We’re a mix between an video production shop and a marketing agency, so your superpower needs to be using video content to help organizations grow. One day you may be running a messaging strategy workshop, then jumping into wordpress or Kajabi to build out a landing page for a video course. You’ll also take over our media placement accounts, which means you need to know how to make the most of our clients ad spend across the various digital networks.
We work with a wide range of clients around Atlanta and beyond. Some are small non-profits and others are big corporations. But most are small to mid-sized businesses who value what we do and rely on us to help them grow. All of them rely on us to help them figure out the best version of their story and then get it in front of the right people.
Who you are:
You are a marketer at the core. You probably have formal training, but more importantly, you have an innate understanding of how to reach and influence people with content. You use social media personally, you’ve worked professionally in a marketing role, you understand video production, and you know how to create a powerful or entertaining narrative.
You understand video. Video content is the core of our business, and we believe it’s the most powerful medium to connect with people. Science agrees with us, and you do too. And while you won’t be the one editing the content, you’ll serve as the guide who ensures it’s effective. Which means you’ll be working with the team to make sure the end product has the impact we’re expecting.
You love working with people. Some agencies create walls between themselves and their clients. We create bridges. Which means you have a passion for building relationships and find it personally satisfying when you do something great for one of your clients.
You solve problems. We work very collaboratively on projects but empower employees to use their talents and make decisions. So while you love getting input from others, you’re also able to deliver great work without much outside influence.
You love data. You’ll be the one clients look to for confidence that our campaigns are effective, which means you need to understand how to use reporting to get results.
What you’ll do:
- Lead client workshops and internal planning sessions
- Develop marketing roadmaps for clients
- Manage media spend and distribution across paid networks
- Generate concepts for ads and social content
- Help launch and manage our internal social channels
- Write scripts and copy for web and other channels
- Build out landing pages and sales funnels in WordPress, Kajabi, and other platforms
- Work with designers and developers on bigger web projects
This is a full-time position working out of our office in Marietta, GA. You may travel occasionally, mostly around Atlanta. Our office is just off the square and we work hard to create a great environment for our team. We treat you like an adult and expect the same in return.
